The agreement is written in simple to understand English, and is by far the simplest agreement to complete that we
have come across. This is not a tenancy agreement and should not be used as a business lease either. Suitable to use by a
landlord or tenant who intends to rent a room to lodger in a house that is their main residence. If you are using the
government rent a room scheme under their terms this is right agreement for you.
This agreement is suitable for one lodger or two persons if they share the room, if you intend to let multiple rooms
you should provide one agreement per lodger, you are free to print multiple copies of this agreement to suit your needs.
